Jamaica Election Observers: CAFFE trims deployment, 700 volunteers to cover all 63 constituencies
CAFFE is recruiting trained volunteers to monitor Jamaica’s upcoming General Election. More than 1,000 people applied, but about 700 will be deployed due to funding limits. The plan includes indoor station monitors, roving teams, and a data center, with extra attention on close races. Domestic observation will complement an OAS mission to help build confidence in the process.
